Reservation Process
Our booking involves a three-stage payment structure:
- 25% of the booking total is paid as a down payment to confirm the reservation
- 25% is due 21 days before arrival (or 50% if booked within 21 days)
- 50% remaining balance is due upon check-in

- No-shows or early departures: All payments forfeited
